Payment Policy

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour package cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full 10 days before the departure date. Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.]. Failure to complete the payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund. Any last-minute bookings made within 24/72 Hours of departure require full payment at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility with our refund and cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled tour departure will receive a 75% of full amount refund, minus any non-refundable fees such as processing or booking fees. For cancellations made between 20 to 30 days before departure, a 50% refund of the total package cost will be provided. Cancellations made less than 20 days before departure are non-refundable. In the case of unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or travel restrictions, we may offer a full or partial refund, or the option to reschedule the tour. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, and refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Please note that any changes to the original booking may incur additional charges. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, natural disasters, or other external factors. All participants must ensure they have valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) and are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory. The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
