Booking Cancellation

  1. Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
  2. Cancellation between 15-29 days of departure: 25% of the total package cost will be refunded.
  3. Cancellation less than 15 days of departure: No refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
  2. Refund method: Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
  3. Refund currency: Refunds will be made in the original currency of payment.

Cancellation Charges

  1. Air ticket cancellation: Cancellation charges will be as per the airline's policy.
  2. Hotel cancellation: Cancellation charges will be as per the hotel's policy.
  3. Other services: Cancellation charges will be as per the service provider's policy.

No Show Policy

  1. No show at airport/hotel: No refund will be provided for no shows.
  2. No show for tours/activities: No refund will be provided for no shows.

Force Majeure Policy

  1. Natural disasters: No refund will be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters.
  2. Government restrictions: No refund will be provided for cancellations due to government restrictions.

Changes to Booking

  1. Changes to travel dates: Changes to travel dates will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  2. Changes to passenger details: Changes to passenger details will be subject to airline/hotel policies and may incur additional charges.
