Booking Cancellation
- Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 15-29 days of departure: 25% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 15 days of departure: No refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
- Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
- Refund method: Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

No Show Policy
- No show at airport/hotel: No refund will be provided for no shows.
- No show for tours/activities: No refund will be provided for no shows.
Force Majeure Policy
- Natural disasters: No refund will be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters.
- Government restrictions: No refund will be provided for cancellations due to government restrictions.
Changes to Booking
- Changes to travel dates: Changes to travel dates will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Changes to passenger details: Changes to passenger details will be subject to airline/hotel policies and may incur additional charges.
