Booking Cancellation

1. Cancellation before 30 days of departure: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.

2. Cancellation between 15-29 days of departure: 25% of the total package cost will be refunded.

3. Cancellation less than 15 days of departure: No refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

1. Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.

2. Refund method: Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

3. Refund currency: Refunds will be made in the original currency of payment.

Cancellation Charges

1. Air ticket cancellation: Cancellation charges will be as per the airline's policy.

2. Hotel cancellation: Cancellation charges will be as per the hotel's policy.

3. Other services: Cancellation charges will be as per the service provider's policy.

10. In case of any Cancellation Due to COVID-19 Situation or Lockdown Full Refund/Credit Shell will be given against Paid Amount depends on Hotel/Airlines/Transporter.
11. It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid identification proof at the time of check-in. The identification proof accepted are Voter’s ID Card, Passport, & Driver’s license. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.
12. Our tour captain reserves the right to take strict actions against a guest, if any action by the guest is deemed inappropriate by the tour captain or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the tour captain.
