Refund & Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of travel services due to any avoidable reason, we have to be informed in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the letter in writing and the cancellation charges will be as follows:

  • If we received your request for cancellation/refund before the submission of application, we will refund the payment after deduction of 50% towards the cancellation charges.
  • No refund/cancellation in case your applicationis already been process.

Please note that if the booking for the given period is canceled for any reason, no refund will be given for the said cancellation.

Festival period booking (festivals like - Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair etc.).

High peak season booking (15 December to 15March).

If your refund is registered, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the given days.


The refund amount in respect of refund of unused/unused services (for which money has been paid and cancelled) is decided based on the cancellation policy given above and the money will be returned to the person in the same manner. Is given to the one who has paid. To those who applied. Please note that due to banking procedures and company policies, refund processing may take 2 - 4 weeks or more. If the refund is made to a credit card account or bank account, bank charges will be debited from the refund amount.
